Choose the trigger element (for example, a CTA button)
Go to the interact tab in the Design menu
Scroll all the way down to the 'set as link' option
Select the checkbox
Choose 'custom link' (the other option 'page' will navigate to another page in your project)
Paste a URL of your choice
optional - tick the 'open in new tab' checkbox
