Before You Begin

Please make sure you’ve already set up headers and footers for your WordPress project in Flowmo.

Add Your Main Menu

  1. On the canvas, select the element that will serve as the menu container.

    • Note: The first element inside this container will act as the repeating menu item.

  2. Click the plus (+) icon.

  3. Select Add to Menu.

  4. If no menu exists, create a new one:

    • Enter a name for the menu.

    • Click Add.

Important: Make Sure the Menu Item is a Link

  1. Select the menu item.

  2. Go to Design View.

  3. Navigate to Interactions.

  4. Check Set as Link.

  5. Choose any link from the list as the placeholder.

    • This placeholder will later be replaced with the links you set in WordPress menus.

Avoiding Static Elements

If you have static elements inside your menu that should not be exported, please refer to the guide on Adding Elements to the Ignore List.
