If you encounter an issue or just need guidance, Flowmo makes it easy to get support — right from your workspace.


How to Access the Help Panel

  1. Click the Flowmo icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen
    → This icon is available in both the Dashboard and within any Project

  2. The Help Panel will open, giving you multiple ways to get assistance:



Ask a Question

Need quick clarification or product guidance?

  • Click Ask a Question to chat with the Flowmo AI Agent

  • If needed, you can also get help from a real human from our support team


Create a Support Ticket

To report a bug or technical issue:

  1. Click Create a Ticket

  2. Describe the problem (the more details, the better!)

  3. Submit the ticket — our team will review it and respond promptly
